YIORGOS RORRIS was born in Kosma (Kinouria) in 1963. He studied painting at the National School of Fine Arts from 1982 - 1987 under P. Tetsis and Yiannis Valavandis. He received a scholarship from the Basil and Eliza Goulandris Foundation in 1998 to continue his studies in Paris at the National School of Fine Arts under Leonardo Cremonini.
